1.75 metres, that’s how wide we open our arms in that time-honoured gesture of hospitality. No matter where you are from, there’s no more universal way to say “Welcome”, and more importantly, “Make yourself at home”. 1.75 Paris is not an end result: it’s the beginning of a unique adventure, one we intend to write with each of our guests.
In 2024, several residences will open in various arrondissements of Paris. Each will embody its neighbourhood and express its identity with its own architecture, mood, and dining experiences. But they will all share the same 1.75 Paris signature: heartfelt hospitality.

It’s not a hotel, it’s a Parisian home. You won’t find cold lobbies or impersonal service: is a warm and inviting venue where a dedicated Hostess welcomes every one of her guests to a pied-à-terre that embodies Paris and its inimitable lifestyle. Welcoming you like family, 1.75 Paris adapts to your numbers and needs: book a whole apartment if you are travelling with family or friends, or a suite for two on a Parisian get-away. La résidence can even be fully privatised. The apartments, with their noble materials and warm ambience, become a co-living space, a place where you can meet new people, have new experiences and go back to the essentials of true hospitality. You are first met by your hostess and butler who create a comfortable and familiar universe throughout your stay.
Next, take the opportunity to meet Paris and Parisians, because 1.75 home fosters close ties with the neighbourhood life, especially through our gourmet delights prepared by star chefs, emblem of French gastronomy. About Daphné Desjeux
What sets this interior architect apart is her love of storytelling. A carryover from her previous life in media, narration is a prevailing feature in all of her projects. For 10 years, this Parisian, born and bred, has been creating venues that are timeless universes. She draws on her boundless imagination honed during a childhood spent in the streets of Montmartre and taking Sunday trips to the flea market.
In Paris, she has designed Mimosa, Jean-François Piège’s restaurant at the Hôtel de La Marine, the Babel hotel in Belleville, and the festive and decadent Paris Society restaurant , La Mondaine.

Always attentive to travelers’ needs, she helps curate their experience, suggesting places to see and things to do in the neighborhood. With the butler, she forms a duo that is always near to hand. In a word, she embodies the very essence of what hospitality is meant to be.

1.75 Paris begins on the ground floor with its innovative restaurant concept, and its invitation accepted by one of the most iconic chefs of French gastronomy. For Parisians, is a boutique encompassing a delicatessen, pastry shop and food emporium. But for the residents of 1.75, is simply an extension of their home: a hybrid venue that reflects the homey spirit of La Sève and blends seamlessly into neighborhood life. You can sit down for lunch next to Parisian regulars or order take-away to be enjoyed upstairs. You can have afternoon tea or sample a glass of premium wine served with a plancha in the evening. And any time is the right time to sample fabulous pastries.
Here, you can choose from sandwiches and salads made on-site and, bakery supplies bread, focaccias, croissants and more, all fresh-baked for the breakfast crowd. The ingredients are always fresh, rigorously sourced and prepared with love and talent by a starred chef, whose home-style comfort cuisine is the backbone of French heritage and the quintessence of its gastronomy.

How does co-living work?
If you’re travelling alone or as a couple, opt for a suite and share the lounge and kitchen areas. David, our house steward, will introduce you to the other occupants of La Source. It’s a unique co- living experience with its own set of rules based on communal respect and plenty of time to enjoy a conversation over a drink or a good meal!
How can I make a booking for my company?
Take advantage of La Sève to create an exceptional professional space. Welcome your clients to a memorable “chef’s table”. Offer your team a remarkable setting for friendly discussions and the time for an aperitivo.
