La Sève is a neo-classical style building that cultivates Parisian lifestyle and offers guests from far and wide the chance to experience it for themselves. They can even opt to be welcomed upon arrival with a dinner created by a starred chef and enjoy access to a “By the glass” sideboard set up for tasting premium wines.
Whether you privatize an apartment or book a suite in co-living mode, La Sève combines the first-class service of a luxury hotel with the comfort of your own home, equipped with powerful home automation. Check-in and check-out are processed on an app. You can order your meal, or book a room via WhatsApp. The secure suites open with your smartphone, which also connects to the screens so that, at La Sève, you can finish watching the Netflix film you started at home before you left, or liven the place up with your favorite Spotify playlist.

She epitomizes hospitality, building relationships and creating a homey atmosphere, she breathes life into the co-living experience, inviting guests, for example, to attend a cocktail hour.
Always attentive to travelers’ needs, she helps curate their experience, suggesting places to see and things to do in the neighborhood. With the butler, she forms a duo that is always near to hand. In a word, she embodies the very essence of what hospitality is meant to be.

The building is on a human scale, almost intimate, with cream-colored blinds and reassuring volumes: snug with no sharp angles, like a breath of fresh air on Avenue Lowendal imbued with feminine chic.
Nature, a universal value, is the guiding force behind the warm, organic design of La Sève and reaches out to touch us. While cultivating a chic and timeless spirit, the floral and vegetal patterns appear like a vine we almost expect to grow beneath our feet. The cracked ceramic lamps evoke the veins on a leaf. In the entranceway, a profusion of wood and cozy fabric on the benches exude the warmth of a welcoming family home… one that’s always been there.
Each light, each headboard, each desk is a bespoke creation signed Daphné Desjeux and crafted by some twenty artisans, featuring curves and rounded shapes, because nature doesn’t deal in straight lines. From the terry cloth curtains to wood-paneled walls, the chosen materials are showcased whenever possible.

ABOUT DAPHNÉ DESJEUX
What sets this interior architect apart is her love of storytelling. A carryover from her previous life in media, narration is a prevailing feature in all of her projects. For 10 years, this Parisian, born and bred, has been creating venues that are timeless universes. She draws on her boundless imagination honed during a childhood spent in the streets of Montmartre and taking Sunday trips to the flea market. In Paris, she has designed Mimosa, Jean-François Piège’s restaurant at the Hôtel de La Marine, the Babel hotel in Belleville, and the festive and decadent Paris Society restaurant, La Mondaine.
