"It's my neighbourhood, everything reminds me of my childhood. I arrived at La Trêve as if crossing the threshold of a friend's house and was welcomed with the warm hospitality of a true hostess. Everything there is designed to give the impression of living, not just staying. It is not an anonymous hotel, but a place of life, where we feel at ease. In the morning, I tasted one of the best croissants of my life there. A light, golden pastry, buttery to perfection: a creation by Stéphanie Le Quellec. I also liked the common room on each floor, bright and welcoming, where you can share a bottle in the evening or settle in during the day to work. It was there that I opened my computer, wrote some notes and began the first pages of this book.
